Anemone x hybrida ‘Honorine Jobert’ is a wonderful Japanese anemone that performs well in partial or almost complete shade. The elegant white, single flowers appear from mid summer onwards and they will continue to brighten up darker borders right through to October. The flowers are held high on thin, yet strong, wiry stems which encourage them to quiver and waft in the late summer breeze. This anemone is easy to grow and the clump-forming attractive foliage will gradually spread, forming good ground cover. Height: 90cm (3’0″); Spread: 90cm (3’0″).

Choose a sunny or semi shaded position in moist, well drained soil. Anemones prefer a fertile soil so work some well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil prior to planting.
Feed and water regularly throughout the growing season. In autumn, cut back any faded flowers and foliage. Lift and divide overcrowded clumps of Anemones in late Autumn or Spring.
